‘’La musique avant toute chose’’ a dit Paul VERLAINE et oui, il a raison. L’ambiance que crée la musique est tres particuliere. Une musique peut nous rendre triste, heureux, anxieux, peureux… Elle évoque des émotions et sert également, à plusieurs reprises, comme un catharsis donc on a tous besoin.
On a fait un petit exercice en classe pour justement expérimenter l’effet d’une musique sur nos émotions. J’ai demandé aux enfants de s’allonger et fermer leurs yeux et ne concentrer que sur la mélodie de Chopin. La consigne était simple – Il fallait me parler des images qui leur passaient par la tête pendant que Chopin faisait sa magie.
Le résultat ? En voilà des illustrations de leurs petits bonheurs. :)

Music can make you happy, sad, angry, anxious... It evokes emotions and sometimes also gives us the catharsis that we all need.
We did a small exercise in class to see what effect music can have on us. I asked the children to lie down, close their eyes and listen to nothing but the piano piece that Chopin played. What they needed to do was easy - they had to describe the images that the melody evoked!
The result? Look for yourself - the illustrations of the little happy things. :)
